At Mayfield Oaks, we offer a unique homelike setting where we are committed to creating a strong sense of family and community.  We believe that our licensure for only 15 residents helps to foster this environment.  It is our desire to deeply know each of our residents so that we may serve them in such a way that they are happy to call Mayfield Oaks home. 

As a family owned and operated Personal Care Home, we are engaged each and every day with our residents and staff.  Each resident is cared for in the same way that we would want our own loved ones to receive care.
